About Cameron
Cameron Gould-Saltman (”CGS”) is a seasoned operator and growth strategist with a decade of experience leading food, beverage, and e-commerce businesses across every stage—from advising scrappy startups to working with the C-suite of Fortune 100s. He’s operated at the nexus of innovation and retail, largely in consumable categories, and is a true builder at heart.
Most recently, he served as Head of Food & Beverage at TikTok Shop, TikTok’s e-commerce marketplace, where he scaled the platform’s U.S. grocery category and launched many new categories to be sold on platform. Prior to that, Cameron built and scaled teams at Amazon Fresh, Amazon’s grocery business, and helped launch its brick-and-mortar grocery business nationwide. Much of his work is also done at incubators and accelerators, where he’s mentored and advised over 75 businesses at various stages. He’s also held roles in Finance at Unilever and has deep expertise in DTC, omni-channel pricing, and go-to-market acceleration.
Today, through CGS & Co., Cameron advises emerging and established brands on how to build, price, position, and sell better. Cameron lives with his wife and dog, Gumbo, in Seattle, where he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and exploring new taco trucks as he perpetually seeks out the flavors of Los Angeles, where he grew up.
